At the edge of the beach where the waves are washing up against the concrete breakwater there's a broken name plate which says "WHITE STA". I think that's White Star and so the film that's indicating is Titanic.

All I can offer today is On the Beach (1959). An early example of a post apocalyptic film.

Nothing obvious lurking there for me. The scuba divers would have been my last go if I could have matched them to a film

The mystery items that I have no idea what they might represent are the cages of bag or hats (?) on the left, and the object on the ground at the entrance to the breakwater

That's what I thought when I first saw the picture, but a movie featuring those falling from the sky seemed improbable - although there have been reports of frogs and fish doing so occasionally
