@blademedia 12283 V 2200 is 31.5°W (Intelsat 25), 12482 V 15000 probably 33.5°W (HYLAS 1)

A table with some 30°W Hispasat transponders it seems.
To find the 26°W test signals, it's of no use to scan for transponders.
There are only peaks to be found, in spectrum view.
I've been strugging too, all I find is 3 * 144 MHz transponders in Ka-band.
I'd first try 19.7...20.2 Ghz, Hispasat 30W-5 uses that portion as well.
Will be interesting to see what plans Hispasat have for channels in this new position of 36west?
