Sorry, yes I meant any open source decoder for us to use on our PCs or receivers.
Obviously the broadcasters have access to hardware decoders to convert for broadcast.

normally the dolby e track contains 5.1 and a 2.0 surround
checking the 7e feed and the dolby-e track contains a single 5.1 audio mix. Normally there are 2 pgm's PGM 1 - 5.1 PGM2 - 2.0 but not this feed

I think last night it would've been the live Jury version of tonight's semi final rather than a re-run. It'll be the same tomorrow with the live jury final!

Please send over the spoon with the 4K monitor, the graphics card (VP9 ?) and a decent broadband service.
I still think it wont improve the programme though.

Anyone else getting sound blips every few seconds on SF2 on BBC4 HD? BBC4 SD is fine. SF1 on Tuesday was fine

I recorded the bbc4 version. The sound was so terrible coming from one speaker and breaking up. Glad I saw this thread. I will fast forward to when the sound improves. I wonder which channel will have the better sound tomorrow night?

A selection of the (HD) channels I can receive that are transmitting the final tonight.
From the post earlier in the thread, I was trying to think of countries where it'll be SD only. Croatia and Ukraine itself (the hosts!) are the ones that come to mind. Some have HD but not via satellite (RTP1 HD in Portugal, TV Slovenija 1 HD are ones I can think of).
