The DM920 is an interesting box, it can take 2 tuner cards so you can have a DVB-S2X card and also a DVB-S2X FBC card, both of those are twin tuners. So may tuner options for that box, don't know of any other boxes that you can do that yet. Some VU+ are capable of it but VU+ haven't launched their DVB-S2X tuners yet.

What is exactly wrong with Zgemma boxes m8? Never had 1 tbh but looks ok for the money.
They are generally cheaply made, little in the way of actual support, weak cpu's, cheap and nasty power supplies.
Something that the IPTV/CS crowd seem to like...

Is that the H7s, or the low budget Zgemmas that first appeared you are referring to? General feeling about this box is it's more of a quality box than those.
I'm looking at replacing my solo2 and ariva 4k with something like this tbh. Was looking at the Gigablue quad, but I don't really need FBC, and the giga don't do s2x tuners yet.

I'm probably going to go Dream or VU+, the DM900/DM920 can have DVB-2SX tuners and also 2SX with FBC if ever needed, the VU+ can have DVB-2SX but that model isnt on sale in the UK yet, however I think it is in Germany. Or you can swap the tuner.
The main thing for me is hardware quality, support and most importantly image support. I hate all those images that have skins like Christmas trees and a thousand addons that are for a different type of user.

I used to have a Solo2, bought it when it came out, fantastic box.
I've had about 10 E2 boxes and the cheaper ones are so so, they soon drop support for them, especially updated drivers and images.
Not to mention cheap NAND Flash and Capacitors. It's false economy to me.

The Mutant HD51 is a better buy for around the H7S price range.

OpenVix don't support Zgemma, if that's an image you use.

Is the AX "make" just a rebadged Mutant? Same images ect, it's the same model number i.e. "HD51"?

No idea about images, but its the same box.
Is it for a German retailer rebrand or something?

Yes Rusty just watching a video with a Bulgarian guy doing an unboxing, they lied on the box for the AX HD51 as well about the "Silver" front feet, self coloured Black plastic the same as my Mutant HD51.

They also do a triple tuner, twin s2x tuner plus T2/C, looks like I might have to save up for that one :p

The DM900/DM920 seems quite limited in terms of images, OpenPLI or OpenVix are some that don't support these boxes.

Also I saw the DM900 for sale on a UK website and their Ebay store, I messaged them and asked if they were Genuine boxes or Clones, they replied and said Genuine, no such thing as a Clone DM 4K box.
But that's not true, there are Clone boxes so a bit confused they don't know that if they sell Genuine boxes?

Probably the same one that I found. Will still buy it from Germany I think - not sure I want to risk the UK guy.

OpenATV is available for 900 and that's enough for me.

Just PM'd you the seller.

Torn between the 900/920 and 4KSE right now, pros and cons to them all.
Depending on options, such as the DVB-S2X FBC the 920 can come in at only a couple of quid more.

Does 4K SE have S2X? Haven't seen these for sale yet. I doubt they'll do "no Stream Relay" either (Solo2 didn't).

The only difference between 900 and 920 that I can see is the additional CAM slots...
