1.2m CM with 1224 motor. It's in a bit of a state but should be easy enough to refurb.

Transparent ?

Worth a lot more than the £100 starting bid. Here is an opportunity to get a Jaeger 1224 at small money. That rust on the Jaeger 1224 will clean up easy enough, bit of elbow grease and a can of spray paint and that Jaeger could be up for sale for £300.

Channel Master 1.8m dish with feed support arms, polar mount and a pole At a 99p starting bid, this could be a good opportunity for anyone looking to get a 1.8m dish setup. Looking at the design of the polar mount it seems to have bracketry in place that would allow inclined orbit tracking. It looks like the addition of two actuators would convert it into a dual axis tracking system?

Pictures of Dish and Positioner, friend sent them before he started "restoring" it all.
Your friend is lucky, nice stuff.
@purplemarina is right, it is not only LNB-holder from Channel Master but also antenna is Channel Master :) And this is VSAT antenna, it has an offset angle something like 16-17*.

That's a Triumph Herald rear bumper I see in the first picture. Quite possibly a 12/50 in fact.

It doesn't look like a Channel Master to me, the rear structure is different, the LNB arms screw to the side of the dish, there is no mold stamp on the dish either. Also the actuator setup is a lot different to the CM ones I've seen. Do you have any information on the VSAT dishes?

Indeed it is! I used to have a 13/60 convertible myself.

Well, it maybe Andrew (CM was overtaken by Andrew at some point of time). Look at those pictures (front and back), seems to me it is almost same antenna your friend just got. Feedarms connected to sides of the antenna and strength ribs more or less same. OK, I am not 100% sure but close to that.

It could be a Prodelin antenna, early design possibly the Echostar branded model. They used a double threaded self tapping bolt to mount the reflector to the backplate, supposedly reusable. Feed clamp assembly was metal.

That positioner though is a bit of a rarity.
