To be perfectly honest i am surprised it kept quiet all this time, Certainly stayed beneath the radar longer this time than it did last time

Sure it has. Interested parts know what's good for them and kept it very quiet. I myself got it from someone here and pass it on only to people I trust. Shame someone who probably doesn't even know what to do with it had to change all this maybe jeopardizing the whole thing for the foreseeable future.

Just googled it and it is really easy to find..........Oh well we tried to keep it quiet but on trawling through various sites the problem does seem to be that there are too many people simply wanting their fix for the soaps etc. Not willing (or probably not even caring about) keep things quiet. There are installers out here who have been trying to get the key for their clients (and some charge to put in the new key). Expect we will see a change to things soon. Was expecting a key change before the world cup anyway but perhaps now we may see the the dreaded encryption change.
To all those who kept things quiet or at least kept things to PM only....well done. To those who have posted publicly.........thanks as we are all now likely to lose out!!!
 
Maybe a silly question but why didn't the site's moderators step in and say what's right and wrong?

Simple - having the key public drives traffic to their site.

More traffic = more ads viewed = more income for the owner.

The site owners really dont care its going to totally ruin things for expats.

Anyway there are dozens of other services with people looking for keys so the long term loss of one service makes bog all difference in the long run.
 
Thanks for the heads up. Got the info off Google and didn't even need to visit the page in question, it was in the Google description (from multiple sources now, I think at least 4 sites where listed as showing it)...
 
It was posted on facebook yesterday afternoon from a well known key source..

Let's hope it lasts at least two months and hope they don't change encryption for the world cup.
I just installed my satellite dish yesterday to recieve these channels...
