All these feeds appeared on TXP 1 on Hellas Sat, but that transponder now has a large DTH mux on it.

In my opinion, 12590 V 1000 1/2 is a "marker" for the up-linker during the Euro 2016 event.
similar freq appears yesterday @ 7°E 11028 H 1000 3/4
