hi, when I put up the channel list there are ten channel numbers and names listed. when I press the fav/>> key it should go to next 10, but it is jumping 20 so I have to scroll instead. is this normal or can I change it....thanks in advance....ammacher

hi, I have bought a zetacam blue I have a tm 7755 I have put the cam in but what do I do now? might sound stupid but it's my 1st cam. does the cam unencrypt channels on it's own or do I have to put a card in it. also what satellite should it be pointing at? thanks in advance....ammacher.

the dish mount is below centre, I put it on the motor and played about but it just seemed the lnb arm was twisting and I have convinced myself the mount should be in the centre of the dish....I have taken it all down and will start again. but do I need a new dish ?

I have fitted my bracket to the wall, it will be a motorised system. I used a spirit level and it may be a fraction out, but I read it must be 100% straight. is this true and what problems will I face if not straight.
