Thanks Ralph-tried it but no luck. Have had no signal at all now for most of yesterday. Strange it worked once with new lnb and then never came back. I was thinking it may be new lnb as it is a universal one. The old one was a Sharp-maybe I'll try and get hold of same model again. Athoni

Have changed lnb and as before "no satellite signal received" comes up for a good long while before picture comes up. Now the green light on the box remains on but after few hours viewing, locks even on strong channels,which it has never done before. Also when it locked in the past one...

Green light is still on after leaving it disconnected from satellite overnight so sounds like lnb-will replace it. Yes you're right, have always had a problem with it locking on weak channel but never switching itself off.

I have a Panasonic Sky digibox and just recently it has started switching itself off after a couple of hours i.e. it goes from green to red. If I then unplug device and plug back in everything works fine again for a couple more hours. It was originally connected to a flat screen tv which broke...

My Sky card is at least 7 years old. Will that also be replaced? If so it will be sent to my old UK address where if I pick it up and bring it over to Italy will it automatically work in my Sky box?

Have been trying to receive C4 TT on 12480 but am getting "no signal", whilst to my amazement have discovered I can receive ITV1 TTS on 12402. Oh well have lost C4 but gained ITV for the time being! Is anyone from the Rome area managing to receive C4 TT?

Thanks everyone, all is resolved. The channel suddenly came back last night. Have no idea why this happened as all other cannels were fine.

I have a Sky Panasonic digibox and I'm in Rome. If the channel has moved to another transponder is there anything I can do to retrieve it? Thanks very much for your help.

I've just lost C4 here in Rome. Strange thing is that the "no satellite signal...." has not come up like it usually does when there is bad weather etc. and the weather is clear,so I should be receiving it. Anyone else experiencing this blackout?

I live in Rome & currently receive Channel 4 & 5, will I be also be able to receive "More 4" as from this evening or do I have to re-jig something? Thanks for any help.
