I cancelled my Sky subscription a few months and the card was downgraded to BBC etc only. However, the box has been turned off for several months and will not receive BBC any more. What do I need to do to get it reactivated? TIA

I have a Philips digital TV with built in ondigital decoder. It will receive the freeview channels but I am told I should do an auto update. However this will not work. Do I need the upgrade, should it work, is the set at fault? TIA
