wyattnorm, I would guess the real issue is what you have bought....in this game it could be better to buy "a bit better" including a decent sat finder and then practise finding sats. Some stb's out today will give you so much more, like a linx embedded...

perhaps late on the response, but check your sat cable connections on both ends...strip and rewire them and try it again, sound s like lack of power in the sat cable, which will drive the motor

I'll check out the site...thanks for the fast response. I have tried re-booting, but the same thing, in fact if I reboot from the power switch holding the power bitton up fromt, I can get to a state, where it asks to load from Aston......which I don't want, so I just say no and shut it off again.
