I live in Peyia and have a 2.4 mtr dish, Pace 2600 box and quad Invacom LNB. 95% reception except in heavy rain and about 7-8pm there is a bit of break up but still watchable. I confirm the LNB only lasts about 3 years. i live 700 mtr from the church, up the hill.
I live in Peyia with a 2.4mtr dish, and LNB etc as per Iceman's suggestion and receive 24/7 (weather excepting) most channels including ITV and BBC. Check the LNB, spiders have a habit of climbing inside and upset the signal.Use a feather to force him out, rather than fly spray. But you may need...
Strangely enough, Ch4 returned about 2 hours after my last post whilst Ch4+1 didn't disappear at all. Obviously a minor glitch. At least my wife is happy again!:-
I started out with Pansonic 30 some years ago, but with the freezing etc, I changed to Pace 2600. For another room in the house I got a Pace 430n, and I find the 2600 is significantly better than the 430n. I live in Peyia with a 2.4mtr Famaval dish and an Ivacom 0.3 LNB
This may not help you but I'm on a 2.4m Famaval, feedhorn unknown with a 0.3 quad Invacon LNB, using 2 Panasonic DSB30's. Weather permitting, I get BBC 24/7, with an occasional slight drop out around 9-10 pm. Ch4 and others are OK. I live in Peyia. I am about to upgrade to a Pace DS430n as one...
Does anyone have experience of a Sky+ digibox in Cyprus and its ability to receive BBC,ITV,Ch4 & 5? Given that a suitably large dish (2.4m) works well with the extinct Panasonic 30, at least north of Paphos.
I would add that there are some self appointed experts in the Paphos area who try to focus the dish manually(right a bit, down a bit etc). It doesn't work in a fringe area! No replacement for a decent meter.

We began with a single 0.3 Invacom LNB, slight drop out between 9-10pm experienced but not enough to disturb viewing. This was replaced with a quad of the same make and a notable improvement was seen. Now I get the beeb on my other decoder, a very old Grundig, albeit a more disturbed picture...
Now that the BBC is in the clear, can anyone recommend a non Skybox that has a similar sensitvity (or better) as the Panasonic TU-DSB30, with and without a CAM. This would be along the same lines as the Freeview DTB boxes sold in the UK for about £100 but suitable for satellite fringe viewing.
I live in Cyprus and get all the BBC + ITV CH4 etc on a 2.4mtr dish, Panasonic 30 and quad Invacom 0.3 LNB. Slight break up between 9-10pm but still watchable (Cyprus time). Severe break up 2-3am, but who cares at that time!
