Would someone please educate me as to the pros and cons of both types of dish? Looking at purchasing a 1.4m 1.5m dish as residing on the fringe Sky area on the Algarve in Portugal. Currently have a 1.2m dish but many chanels break up in the evenings.

The figure of Euros quoted is this for the Dish and Pole Mount?

I have just learned dishes of 1.5m and above are not made with Pole mounts - and need to be positioned on the ground. Is that correct?
