Thanks everyone - problem solved :) In desperation reset to factory settings & did a rescan & hey presto ALL BBC channels now appear in the 7 day EPG.

Thanks for the replies Guys. The EPG shows programme listing for all channels except BBC1 & all the BBC 1 regional stations. Have tried uplugging from the mains - didn't work. Also tried rescanning but again made no difference.

Our Fortec Passion has been & is working fine including recording to USB Flash Drive. Only annoying problem is that with the EPG it does not show ANY BBC 1 programme listings for any of the regions. Any way round this?

After I reloaded the software to sort out the jammed BBC HD channel, I also noticed that there was no EPG also ALL channels are now numbered 0000. Think I'll try and go back to the previous version.

Hi everyone, have not been around for a while (Fortec Passion + has been working fine), have a major problem with my receiver - on changing channel to BBC HD the unit seems to have frozen in a loop Loader v1.5 to Passion + to BBC HD and then repeats constanly, remote doesnt work and I cannot...

All's well that ends well - powering off after switching on seems to have sorted itself out overnight (to add to last nights post - prior to shutting down after powering on - there was a flash of 'illegal' in the display) as far as finding channels, I cant remember the thread but I found one...

Well now I've got a problem! turned the stb off while I had Tea came back to try again and after pressing power button on after a few seconds it shuts down.
