just found out that the - negative symbol means west, so i just have to put in 1.75 west

i want to enter my position details into the SL65 but the longitude setting is minus - Lon: 1:45:28W (-1.75764) how do you enter the minus symbol into this, i can only enter 1.75 not -1.75

i tried connecting a SL65 to com port on an Xp machine and could not get any communtication at all then used the same null cable with a usb-serial converter lead and it worked flawless, strange i would think it would be the other way round, but hey it works usb to serial lead from ebay, couple...

can anyone confirm if this SR 1902 VC is a Analog or Digital reciever ive had it for years and never used it, is it worth using and whats the best satellites to point it to. any info about this box will be greatfully recieved, cos im thinking of setting it up very soon.
