Thanks for the reply, i will go and have a play and report my problems if any, although i noticed that on my art card, al-jazeera sports 1 and 2 are not working which is strange as they worked on my old receiver? All i get is a black screen and no sound. Any ideas?

Just changed my dish to a motorised setup and switched my receiver to a techomate 1000ci. Can anybody give me some sites to obtain the keys for autoupdates? Thanks inadvance

My local satellite guys says that i would be wasting my time with using my old sly dish on atlantic bird, would anyone agree? He has suggested that i should motorise my current dish trouble is it going to cost a fair bit to do as i'm not confident enough to have a go myself.:-DOH!

I am confused now, some are saying not to bother with autoupdate and you guys are saying its an option. Can any of you well informed people recommend a technomate receiver and also how i would go about setting up the receiver to pull down the keys as they change.
