I for one found it very helpful and without it would only have a dreambox shaped door stop.

For flashing images i have always used flashwizard and a cat5 cable. null modem cable comes in handy if something goes wrong with the flash and you cant connect via lan. I think I have had my DM5620 for about 2 yrs and used the null modem twice

Oh I see I thought it was something to do with Gemini, can u tell me if u got this recording thing working ok with the new firewall, I have been using ngrab it works but goes out of sync and drops frames making the results crap. Thanks for all the advice

Got it working ;) I dl'd satans key bundle and replaced var/scce and var/keys, for now at least I have 30W open with newcamd (seems slooooooow to open channels though) will give camd a go later. Thabks for the help. R_E

Hi, thanks for the help Not to sure what you mean, the emu itself I d/l'd from the Gemini blue panel (is there something I need to remove?), the keys were the set posted as D+ au removed. I think I might try newcamd tonight, if I get a chance. Thanks once again for the help R_E

Hi there I seem to be having some trouble getting the keys I have for D+ & cabo working. I dl'd the keys from the jkf site flashed them to the box in var/keys using dcc restarted the box and I still have a black screen. I upgraded the emu to camd3.883 reflashed the keys and still nowt. This is...

D+ is open again tested using camd3 and sin's key bundle ( I think I am starting to get the hang of this) :)

No probs mate, it does say on the satan site that it works with d+ and i did d/l it from 2 diff web sites .
