this new motor installation proving to be a nightmare. I can get 1w but nothing else. I have decent signal on it but I have tried everything from 42E to 30W with no joy. Am I doing something wrong here. Please help!!!

I got an installer to install a motorised system for me. Needless to say he has made a total mess of it. It seems I can point the dish to hotbird (at least I can scan channels when I point to hotbird but not when I point to other satellites – I think it is not aligned properly) but not to other...

Thanks for the reply. I have always considered USAL as well, the only problem is that I don't like to wait for the motor to move. It is always better when you can switch through channels quickly by using diseqc switch

Hi all. I am buying a new gibertini dish and multi LNB holder for the above satellite positions. My dilemma is that I need to put all the LNBs on one dish (1M Gibbi). I know that the Alps LNB will work well on this satellites position what I don't know is whether I can get the Inverto Silver...

what LNB do you use with the gibbi ?

I think I will go with the 1.2M gibbi if you to receive good signal on the gibbi in the oxfordshire. is the signal stable during rain? ...tho from the link ..you posted earlier.. i have the imprssion ppl strugle with the horizontal channels with dish less than i.8M

on another related note. is it better to receive the MBCs on nilesat as opposed to badr.

I am looking to buy gibertini 1.2M for 26E reception particularly for the MBC channels reception. Will this dish be big enough for the reception of the channels or do I need a bigger dish? I live arounf luton
