Sorted basically just make a user name and pasword up. these need to be on both config files IE C line and F line . i was thinking it had to be some relevance to dreambox etc but that is not the case Thanks again the penny has finally dropped

sorted great thanks had to select english from the drop down list but working now

same problem here using white card cant get audio on most mtv channels all else good sly sports 1 etc

Hi all got 2 500s on card share using pli image with config working ok. have changed the password on the client box using windows xp and telnet. says changed ok logged in using config creator with new password ok just to check. the card share still works without changing config on server...

hi and thatks for your reply i have sent it back to the supplier now i bought 2 at the same time put exactly the same settings in both 1 connected and did what i needed to do no problem, but other one did not whatever settings i chose dhcp or not could not connect to it. eagerly waiting...

fire up dreambox config creator enter your dreambox ip address and model from drop down list user name and password ( will be in unless you have changed them) create config ( this bit im not to sure about ) i think you need cccam server and client click start this will test connection in...

you need to create a file using dreambox config creator and put box key in that also f line and c line then ftp up to your box i am very new to this so cant give you step by step instructions i did find a tut on here though but cant seem to find it again not at home so not got a lot of time...
