thanks man, we are getting happier and speedier by the day.

go to to data reset, delete plugins,delete sats (make sure youve backed up channel list first.,then do factory reset, then have firmware patch on usb and reload formatting the application area 1st,that will get everything back.

Ok so i am running firmware 2731 and i have 4 updates available to me via the box right upto and including whats released today aswell BUT.. when i try to download any of these updates it does so completely and then says upgrading then the screen goes blank and the box display says settings and...

on the box now but when i do it it downloads it all but then my screen goes just blank and stays like that? any ideas.

ok, sorted it now,cleared it all and started again.all is well. Actually glad i messed it up cos i learnt alot trying to fix it,quite happy about that.
