Never heard of them, i never tried C-band on this dish, it would be tough to install C-band onto this dish as it's made for Ku-band.

Thanks Likvid for the info.
Have you ever heard of or used JRC LNB's I have been offered a few at a good price, Also a Comstream.

What feed and LNB are you using for C-Band?

My mistake I thought you were picking up C-band with this dish...

FWIW: Ebay.de has some VERY good deals on those Kathrein dishes mentioned earlier in this thread....dont seem to see any 120's however.

I would pick that up for 250....Here is a good question for you since they are in the same price range..

What would be your choice between a Cas90 or a Fibo Master Focus 90 They both run for roughly 200Euro Currently?

You want to know who makes the old Kathrein prime-focus dishes?

It's Precision Antennas in the U.K and they are still available but you have to buy it from Precision.

I would get arrested trying to put that on my balcony :)
Interesting you say the Fibostop

The craftmanship on these Kathrein's are obscene

Kathrein dishes are good because they follow the best design concept on the old prime-focus antennas, the have no bolts thru the reflector, the steel ring is welded to the back of the reflector which makes the parabolic shape perfect.

There is a manufacturer in Finland who follows the same concept, they fast the mount to the edge of the reflector which have no impact on the reflector, that is two of the best designs i know about.

Usually they put bolts right thru the reflector, one classic and very bad example are the Triax dishes, they have made a big hole for the feedarm, how stupid isn't that?

You should never touch the reflector as it can warp and other things over time.

Would you only get them directly from the manufacturer?
Do you know any cost associated?

Don't know anything about prices.

You have to contact them directly for importing to Japan.

They are shipped in a wooden crate for protection.

Dori,
You got some nice equipment going on there, you system seems superb, any more details would be nice. Thanks

Does the fact that its Titanium make a difference?

A strong, low-density, highly corrosion-resistant, lustrous white metallic element that occurs widely in igneous rocks and is used to alloy aircraft metals for low weight, strength, and high-temperature stability. Atomic number 22; atomic weight 47.87 melting point 1,660°C; boiling point 3,287°C; specific gravity 4.54; valence 2, 3, 4. See table at element
