DS reporting 11123 V 22000 2/3 8PSK active- channel 4hd. I am not getting anything on this tp

0.0 dB for that TP here. but maybe thats because it's an HD signal... my receiver is SD only... maybe it can't recognize HD feeds as a broadcast beam.

11123 V - Channel 4 positive report - Darmstadt, south of Frankfurt in Germany - positive report! Reading says 98% signal quality (unfortunately I do not have a dB level), 95cm dish on 28.2°E - no multi-feed!

It is a DVB-S2 transponder it seems if your receiver is SD only, it will probably be only able to handle DVB-S demodulation and thus can't detect DVB-S2 transponders. So, yes, it's probably because of your receiver!

I bet the signal outside of the UK will improve as was the case when Astra 3B took over at 23.5e, the signal in Spain was somewhat stonger and more stable.

It stands to reason.

No one believed me then either. :)

I just can't believe that they will let us watch their channels, and an increasing number of channels in the near future, with even stronger signal quality than before on 2D.

According to digitalfernsehen.de - a forum for German members - one enthusiast in Austria tries to catch the signal - he was able to get Astra 2A, 2B and Eurobird with his dish, he did not get 2D. He does not get this signal either. If it was a pan-beam then he would surely be able to catch it.

11126 H 22000 is also active with a much lower signal.

Is this the first occurrence of frequency sharing at 28.2/5e?

Hmm I am having no luck getting this on a Sky Hd box .. I still get channel 4 hd but the the signal quality strongly suggest to me that it is EB1. Perhaps sky hd boxes will need a software update or whatever. It seems that the signal from EB1 is being broadcast in paralell with the new one off of 1n

Its 8PSK you can't tune 8PSK on SKY HD boxes manually.
