Hmm, I've not changed anything for a long time so there's nothing new on my profile but I take your point when making short posts my user info is a bit long so I'll update it, but I'd also like to politely point out that Tivu's signature is actually longer... :p

Yes, but the point CJ was making is that if all your gear appears in the "My Satellite Setup" field at the side of the page, it takes up umpteen column inches, so quite a few of us with lengthy entries have shifted them instead to the Signature section of the main frame, as it expands more left-right and so takes up less vertical space, leading to reduced scrolling.

It's an issue introduced by one of the Forum "Upgrades" !

Hope they are OK, haven't heard from them in a while and wasn't there another crack down on satellite dishes there recently?

How is the satellite scene in Yemen? I guess most people are watching Badr 26E, Nilesat 7W, and Hotbird 13E?

    Wonderful!

I wonder what we Western Europeans could do with dishes like that.

Put together for photo-session some of my LNBs for PFA. I even did not try them, so, maybe they good maybe not. Will test them one day. IMG_20140906_095308_1 (Large).jpg

Edit: Fact is that not all of them designed for whole range of frequencies we have today.

Looking at your install i assume you don't get much wind ? Are your dishes home made or does a local firm make them.

not too much windy here but since these r huge dishes any little wind can affect them

I could send you one of them, but shipping would probably cost a fortune.
Found 4 more LNBs for PFA. 2 of those look like usual universal, but they are adopted to 120* opening angle.
From all of them I've tried only GI-209P, and, as I've said before, impressed by the results.
