Hm, unless someone says otherwise, me neither. Just depends on how heavy duty it is...

I think st1 says it will be ok for a 1.8, the only way I would trust it, is at a sheltered location at low level with chain attached to the dish.

It's an Andrews/ASC/whatever-they-are-called-these days logo.. and used to own Channel Master at some point, so doubt it was actually made by CM originally.

@Capt Jack
That's the Andrew 1.2m ValuStar, (they made a 80 cm too). Poor performers though, especially the 1.2m, I fitted one for 16e when it was weak, did the job mind.

A bargain for someone, nice home made mount.
Hmm. The mount looks very much like a northern satellite polar mount rather than home made. Maybe not too strange as one of the plastic dishes looks very much like a 1.2 meter NSC dish...

Nice lot! I hope my dishes will not go away one day like "Large and bulky stuff to be loaded in the trailer"
Depending on final price, but I think this is good catch for someone.

Hehe, yeah I saw that one. But not worth getting the whole dish/mounts just for the metal feedhorn holder!

Here is another Jaeger 1224 with Andrews (channel master) 1.2m dish.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Motorised...714?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item28024eecda

99p starting bid, this one is gonna have the Jaeger 1224 maggots crawling all over it, myself included. By the sound of the description, the seller does not know much about it and has not used it, hence the 99p starting bid.

Get them private offers in quick by the eBay message system !

hmm.
A CM1x0/90 mount, but the other one... never seen that one before.
The writing seems to indicate Polish origin... anybody seen this before?
Also, there a pic showing "echostar". Can't seem to find the matching mount??
Edit: Ah, Echostar is on the actuator...
