Except the one I received from Ireland has a UK plug on the PSU. I doubt you would get that from Slovakia.

I wouldn't count on it being a native Type G,it will have an adaptor.

Not yet. I've overspent the budget by £5 already.

I'll get one idc, and rely on the HDMI for now.

I tend to run the audio from my boxes direct to Amp, rather than relying on connecting the TV Audio Jack to the Amp for a couple of reasons: Listening to Satellite Radio; counteracting some sync issues I had with my Humax HDR; Being able to watch eg Formula One on RTL and listen to Five Live Sports Extra at the same time; plus a couple more factors lost in the midst of time!

Been having another play with the Edision today.

The Ukrainian T2-MI streams on 4.8°E (12188H and 12341H) work perfectly out of the box (as you’d hope considering T2-MI is one of the advertised features).

I can’t get BBC Satback on 27.5°W to work though. Because of the scrambled PMT nothing scans in when I search the transponder, and I can’t find a channel editor for the PC that will let me add and upload the channels manually. The box will save the channels as an Enigma2 compatible list to a USB stick, but you can’t import this after editing - only its own format database file.

Mine has arrived today. First impressions are good. The box itself is bigger than the SX88, and looks a better quality build as does the remote, which is a far better quality job. Not had much time to test out the French audio yet with my Sony. The main Menu is somewhat different, but the satellite installation menu looks the same. One thing I don't like is a lack of a 'SAT' button on the remote. Ka off 19E no probs you can set the LO to suit. Sensitivity seems excellent, even picking up the Nag feed of 19E Ka with the LNB set for Vertical! No SNR in the signal menu.....Later

Well, I have to say I'm not at all impressed with FreeTV.ie.

After an avalanche of EMails Thursday night/Friday morning, I've heard nothing further after being told it was ready for packing.

Messaged Brian yesterday and was told it was due for despatch Monday afternoon and I should get Tracking Info.
