Different channels are on different beams, not on the UK spot beam, like Talking Pictures TV, which is why it's best to get the best signal quality on the weaker channels.
Also have you skewed, rotated, the LNB, for maximum performance?
If you would please post some of the channels names, and frequencies, that you are experiencing problems with, along with your signal quality readings.
most of the channels are in between 30% to 50% range i have a list of channels with these qualitys.

Your signal quality levels are a bit low, but this could be down to your receiver. The fact that you are losing channels, at night, is a sign that your dish might need a little nudge, or that your LNB isn't skewed correctly, rotated in the holder.
Check some of the FTA channles on the Europe beam, you can get a full list from the link:

Even so 30-50% signal quality is low, depending on your receiver.
Have you lost any channels during rain?
What are your signal quality readings on The Horror Channel, 11344 V 27500 and Talking Pictures TV, 11538 V 22000?
And some HD channels?
BBC 11023 H 23000 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3
ITV 11068 V 23000 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4

by the way i need help some channels have weaker quality than others why is that? i know its not alignment because i can receive all freesat channels and i know its not the lnb.
Receiving all channels is not a sign of perfect alignment or a perfect lnb - merely a sign that the setup is sufficiently aligned enough to receive them. What size dish are you using? A larger dish (say more than 80cm) will be more difficult to align perfectly on the 3 satellites that make up the 28E cluster.

Weaker quality could be down to
Alignment and skew
Poor quality lnb
Poor quality cabling
Ailing tuner in old box
Differences in actual broadcast strengths and patterns of the footprints they broadcast to.

If you can receive them with no problems then don't worry

On a 43cm dish those signals seem quite good, again depending on your receiver, as different receivers give different signal quality readings.
One easy method, of checking the readings, is to try it on someone elses sky dish, and compare the signal quality levels.

well basically the europe beam channels quality is weak how do i increase it without effect the uk beam quality?

Adjust your dish very slightly to optimise performance on the European Beam.

Spot Beam performance won't be degraded.

Any one of the ones associated with your relatively poorly received Channels as above.

We don't find EPG Channel Numbers useful as most of us create our own Channel lists, placing Channels where they best suit us, so just go look at Flysat, Lyngsat, KingofSat or other major listing site and find the frequency of any one of your iffy Channels.

To be realistic, you probably need little more than a tiny, tiny nudge of the dish further East. A couple of tenths of a degree, no more.

Take a picture or three of the dish (front/rear/near/far) and post them.

It might be that someone here can identify an immediate fault on the install without you trying things to improve reception (and making it worse)
