Well wholehearted congrartulations to Topper (And I hope that doesn't turn out to be the kiss of death!).

I haven't looked further than our own League, so I hadn't realised just how well he was doing on a global basis.

Top-hole, Topper :-clap:-stpats

Cheers Tivu, kiss of death yes I hope it is not too, yet I must confess I had not known there was a world ranking tab till now so I am pleased to be no 11 and top Brit for the moment. The rest of the races will I suspect be a bit unpredictable in more than one aspect, team form driver form weather location night/day

I must add my congratulations too Topper, though I haven't entirely given up on the A&A Cup. Obviously I tried to go a different route on tactics for the Italian GP, and hope that your selections dissapeared off the old Monza banking!! A bit like a soccer team in the relegation zone relying on others to lose, sadly it didn't come off.

I am quietly pleased to be second at this point, a position I didn't envisage at the start of the season!

And, after his renowned prowess with the Virgins, Kovy did a stellar job putting out a Lotus inferno, nay conflagration, armed with nothing but a small powder extinguisher!,

I remember when Stweart competed for a couple of seasons they were horribly embarrassed when both cars ignited on the start grid within a few seconds of each other in one of their first races :-rofl2

Has to be said the HRT's are pretty poor - I cant see them being in next season under the current set up - all the rumours say they are flat broke.

Fernando Alonso had the prefect the weekend under the lights in Singapore, first taking pole and then the second win in succession to come within 11pts of championship leader Mark Webber. Webber, finishing third, contributed to the second straight DNF of Lewis Hamilton as the Brit failed to pull off an overtaking maneuver, ultimately leaving the Aussie with no option other than to connect with Hamilton's McLaren and send his title fight in a spin. Sebastian Vettel kept himself out of trouble on Sunday and took second, the Red Bull runner unable to really threathen Alonso but for momentarily surpassing him at the start.

Topper, on the back of wrapping up the European Cup last race, was looking to climb further up the world rankings, but an otherwise respectable score of 108pts isn't enough at the very top of the PFF1 world, as the Tossers fell to 16th. However, a whitewash in the final F1 SupaLiga season is still very much on the cards as Topper leads the league and Asia & America Cup standings.

Dazdazdazzy returns to the top 3 for the first time since last season with BTTR, knocking kreacher's Creatures out of the podiums positions where they have been resident since the second race in Australia. However, double SupaLiga champion Norm and his F1 Aberdeen team are lurking not far away from the battling pair and the Scotsman season's PB of 128pts in the night race see him skyrocket to 5th.

The other centurians were 2nd place sonnetepete, Tom34 - his third in five races, Norm's reservists F2 Aberdeen, and Analoguesat. Ana's Singapore swing will come as something of a pleasant surprise, his first century in 2010 no less, and sees ScotBordersF1 go up 3 to 13th.

Dazdazdazzy's SupaBTTR in the PFF1 Cup: Current status - ROUND OF 16: lose 94-114 Rebel Racing
Norm's F1 SupaAberdeen in the Professional League: Current status - 54th ~ 1231pts

My strategy for the rest of the season is to sink ignominiously down the league :p

The F2 Aberdeen reservists aren't doing too badly considering they are not permitted any component from the Red Bull, McLaren, Ferrari, Renault and Mercedes teams!

Yes Norm I was thinking that myself to be honest well done on your selections, quite impressive considering the handycaps enforced upon you.
Yes my change to Ferrari (Sauber) engine and Nick Heidfield was rather poor to say the least hence my decline in the overall standings. Note to self......... must try harder

The Saubers did quite poorly after a fairly decent run of about six or seven races and I thought Nick Heidfeld would have done better - but the only third driver alternative was Klien who got the same number of points as Heidfeld.
