I've just lost and gained some more channels in Fuerteventura.

Is this more beam changes?

Same thing here in Portugal.

Lost virgin(+1) Dmax(+1)LiverpoolTv Sci-Fi(+1) and some discovery channels strangely they came back after 30 mins and then went again. I don't know if it is beam changing or something related to the equinox?!?

all channels are back on again his morning, so I presume it had something to do with the time of the year we are in.

Probably due to being on batteries for the eclipse. Last night 28.2E would have been on batteries between 21:32 and 22:29 UTC (22:32-23:29 UK Time; 23:32-00:29 Central European Time).

here in Gozo the ITV channels are still not received except for about 2 hours from 20.00hrs. Channel 4 in the afternoon only.

With regards to the Eurobird 1 channels there havent been beam changes and its nothing to do with the batteries - there was a malfunction on the satellite over the weekend and this caused a problem with the stability of the craft

Basically she started wobbling and the wobble put the spacecraft receive antennas out of alignment periodically

As yet there's no picture just sound and it's obviously an ITV channel because it has adverts, but the programs are definitely not on the TV Guide. But sheesh, beggars can't be choosers I guess

7450 is ITV1 +1 Central region.

I am just getting the programme box showing the correct progs for ITV+1 , but also the message ' there is technical fault with this channel please try later', I get no sound or picture. Are you getting sound/adverts at a particular time of day or all the time?

On my Sky box I am still getting "There is a technical fault with this channel" (no sound). What kind of decoder are you using? Are the channel FTA or FTV at the moment?

Is this something to do with a Sky digibox interpreting the signal as a 2d signal and if we are outside the 2d footprint it won't show the channel? If another decoder was used it might show?

Just tried MAX channel on the same transponder, comes in perfectly.
So are these ITV+1 channels not transmitting yet , or can't we get them on Skydigis outside the 2d footprint??

They wernt transmitting when I had a look last night. I'd be surprised if full trade testing starts before the end of next week.

All pids are at zero on all the ITV1 +1 channels on 11972V. Therefore there are no trade tests of any kind going on at the moment.

7450 is still sound and it's constant yes. I have realized it's since I put my new Sky white card in. The one in the other room which is still a blue card has the message Technical Fault.

The white card is in a sky plus digi box, the blue card is in a standard pace digi box.
