Keys via remote control

Hi folks,

I am having problems upgrading my starcom sr-x3500cuci... I cannot find any program that will work (the files on satsw.com are for sr-x3500cuci Super and Silver sr-x3500 and EMUpgrade either wont accept them at all or wont start downloading).
I have been told that I can get around this by just entering the newest hex keys for the channels I want but I cant do that either. The procedure I was given for inserting the viaccess keys was;

1) Menu - ok
2) Installation - ok
3) STB - ok
4) Input code - ok
5) viaccess
6) enter code

My problem is that after I enter the installation screen there is nothing about STB so I go straight into the Input Code screen. Anotherr problem is that I cannot find anything to do with viaccess there either (just a key pad with numbers and letters.
I am getting desperate so any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

What software do you use to run the dowloader? We need to know. I have it and I cannot run it. Telling us will be a great help.

Unzip the folder and find the .exe file with an icon of an Alien (Neptunian I think- joke). Once connected to the internet, click on Internet, and then click on "download this file", it will download the softcam keys. Once done, click on keys and look for you encrption and then it will show you the keys to enter into your Sat-receiver no need to install anything and only internet connection is needed.

Has anyone got the codes to enable one enter keys in Beausat 2004 FTA? I want to change the nagravision encription so need little help here. I found a few codes but none has been succesful.
When I enter Menu and then press 9999, the receiver display flashes: 1111-2222-3333-4444-5555-6666-7777-8888-9999. then does nothing.

Tried Menu then 2356 nothing happens
menu then 5922 nothing too.

Maybe what I should ask is can keys be entered into this receiver? If so help me out.
