With ProgDvb open hold down CTRL and then dab the PRNT SCRN key which copies the open window to the clipboard.
When you open MS Paintbrush click on the edit button then paste.
You will see the ProgDvb screen. Then cut out the bit you want, open a new file and paste the important bit you've just cut.

then save as etc.

Thing is, (not many people know this outside the deep end of the sat scene) the sat operators know when a newbie tries to aim a motorised dish and they move the sats around. Usually they change the elevation, but a more cruel thing is, they do is swap between two sats so that thinking you are on Hotbird you actually scan 19 east
