New Lnb changer

I wake up this post because i am finalize my positioner software .my friend Cardiff has build an lnb changer and i manage this device with my positioner !
i put east west and store command in diseqc 1.2 mode.
what is Go to Reference Position -- E0 30 6B 00 for ?
where is reference point , middle or limit ?
 
From memory, 'E0 30 6B 00' is the centre position for the motor, it is not a 'go to 0 degrees / true south', and does not relate to a specific satellite.
 
The parameter byte ‘00’ (i.e. Satellite Position 0) is reserved as a “referenceposition” which is not valid for storing satellite position data. However, someapplications may require a specific command to Enable (Soft) Limits, so allMasters (i.e. Tuner-receiver/IRDs) should be capable of transmittingcommand ‘6A’ with a data byte ‘00’, either specifically as an “Enable Limits”user-command, or by allowing“Position 0” to be selected for the “StoreSatellite Position” installation command.

M / T - 6B - Goto nn / Drive Motor to Satellite Position nn

Hello,

Trust has designed and built this Lnb Changer for a satellite dish Laminas 180, Trust helped me a lot in assembling and adjusting the Lnb Changer and for many other things, I thank him again.

I increased the rotation of the disecq "rotor" to about 350 °

does Trust and trust1 are the same person ?
for Trust or anyone who know :
on diseqc motor , when we select "goto 0" does the motor go to 'mechanical south ' or on a preset position?
in some notice it s write "go to pos 0 with east/west buttons and press reset" , does this way erase limits ?
do i have to set them before anything else ?

At most boards my name is Trust , for some reason I could not register here with that name , so I used Trust1
When you select Go to zero or Reference , the rotor moves to a mechanical switch at the zero position .
At some rotors thats automaticly a reset , but has no effect on the limits you activated before

On different view about Diseqc Motor internal pictures its seems it’s the same chip!!
I tried to read the holtek 48r50 but unsuccessfully.
i am curious to see how they have managed diseqc command .

I dont have the equipment to read those chips , just use a old Maxplus 2100 receiver to control my lnb revolver

i know very well all the basic diseqc command , in case of rotor (lnb changer) there is very few informations about gotox.x command :
as i see on my receiver it s different from eutelsat datasheet ! (eutelsat says "Command byte ‘6E’ is not yet fully defined" !!
about lnb changer Cardiff said to me he had removed the limit switch and limits are not managed anymore.

hi does someone here had build a motorised feedhorn ? i want to build something like that for a ku-band lnb only for adjust cross-polarity it s not nessecary to have 90° range. and the cost will be less than this wonder !!!!!

There are indeed two types of GotoX commands.
Tested in this thread: USALS/ GotoX; Raw diseqc commands
Or in the parallel dutch thread: USALS/ GotoX, Raw diseqc commands

in the dvbdream program I notice that two different ways are used to turn left or right from zero, for different diseqc motors:
