Yes, any of them will do.
As you haven't moved the dish, you should have immediate results.
You can fit an F-connector, then use the extension cable, and connect your tv.

If it was last used for Sky yes BUT people do use them for other satellites. Considering it has twin cables it is likely it has been used for Sky at some time. Make sure you use the right sized f connectors if that is Sky cabling (thin twin 6.5 mm cable)
