OK, here is an update:
I got fed up with my box not working as it should - it must have had a problem. So I sent it back to Duolabs, and before I knew what hit me they send me a brand new one back. Very good service indeed, full marks for that.

The box that arrived seems to be a proper "retail" box, it is all black and I must admit it looks really good. I will post pictures tomorrow.

It has the QBOXHD remote, and the instruction book.


So: I connected it, and set up the wireless network. It worked straight away, no problems at all. So, I was right to suspect that the first box was not working correctly. So I am connected, and now I will play some more with it.

This is very positive reaction from Duolabs ,
I have myself 2 samples of Q-box HD ( one with tuner failure )
I've just upgraded the second one with latest boot and upgrade software , all SD channels are working properly , but HD channels are displayed with huge arteffect in video and audio.
Is it only me or other experiance the same problem ?

My box has still the older image, haven't had much time to play with that. But as they just made a major upgrade to the enigma with the latest update it could be that they have some more bugs than before. Read the chngelog file of the update, it explains it.

I have read in other forums that they experienced all sorts of problems - might need to wait for the next update coming in a few days (I reckon).

Have all types of resolution : 1080i, 720 etc . without any result .
Have written mail to Duolabs , hope they will exchange my receivers as well

The latest image has a big problem with the HD channels, I have changed back to an older one and it is ok. You got to make sure the problem you have is hardware, not software.

I think in the next few days more updates will follow.

Does your box have the internal USB stick accessible from the outside?

Check out the new software the qboxhd.com website, new loader, new boot image and new image. I put it on yesterday, and the HD problems are gone, and some other issues as well.

my beta one is now on the shelf waiting for better days.

my question ,as I read about the incubus card for azboxhd, is:

this incubus_card server for azboxHD can it be adapted to Qboxhd dexter_emu?it seems that makes it easy to cccam sharing (up to 13 lines)which is at the moment hazardous,at least for me.hope dexter will magically do something.

Hi,

do not use the softpanel form dexter 1.3 with the latest image.
it just crashes everything ....

Instead


install The latest hypercam 1.06 manual (telnet / ftp)
it is running fine with all new cards !!! I have tested with new seca 3/ mediaguard Cards and it is working very good !!!!
Also you can use softcam.keys with it.

TAKE NOTE :

before starting the hypercam.qboxhd you have to kill the Process l2camd first !!!! DO not forget otherwhise the cardreaders will not work.

incubus works perfect,but HD-channel (ORF) has freezer.
Server is a Dream with CCcam.

Latest Hypercam 1.06 is ok with softpanel ! SECA3 cards do work !
IncubusCamd v0.83 is very stable on the QboxHD
(cccam client+ newcamd client !!!! , GBOX =Not OK=Beta),
Ok with plugins from dexter 1.4

BEWARE : Hypercam 1.06 is not included with dexter, You have to manual install the upgrade (bin file)


in order to get Incbus CCCam client working the cccam server F-LINE should be :
F : login pass 3 1 1 yes

in incubuscamd.conf you only need to put 1 line under section :
[Servers]
example :
card_server_url=cccam://loginass@CCcamserver.dyndns.orgort/EMM

And you can tell incubus to use Cccam as basic protocol to fall back in case newcamd doesn't find the codes in in incubuscamd.conf
under section :
[Prov:000000:CaID:0000]
card_server_url_0=cccam://


You can tell at the same time that newcamd should be used
for certain providers for example you create section Tv Vlaanderen :
[Prov:00006C:CaID:0100]
card_server_url_0=newcamd://loginass@Newcamserver.dyndns.orgort/DESKEY(without spaces)

When editing incubus.config in order to add the cccam line as U said should we delete all the litterature there ?

I have a beta qboxhd +last update it crashes every time I try to access Network.can't understand.
