You don't have a different card, there is just a difference of what is stated at the website and what is written on the box. I have exactly the same card, with the same box, and it can tune on signals bellow 1Msps (actually it went down to 330Ksps).

Nothing (so far), it is not always easy to tune on very low SR signals. On what frequency/satellite did you try?

Btw, you may also need the latest drivers/software of the card from the tbs site.

I have installed from TBS Technologies site software TBS6925Driver_V1.0.1.11 x86 on Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit. Maybe I need DVBDream V15-2g from TBS? And what is your sw?I tried from FlySat Astra 3A/3B - Thor-2 @ 23.5° East 12660 V 477 DVB-S QPSK and 12661 V 555. No signal. Also from FlySat Atlantic Bird 1 @ 12.5° West tried 12718 H 36510 DVB-S2 8PSK ACM , signal found there, strong, but no any channel found.Tried also receive something with 16 or 32 APSK, from FlySat Eutelsat W2A @ 10° East, 12635 H 3623 DVB-S2 32 APSK, 11442 V 10000 DVB-S2 16 APSK, no signal.

ps. on picture my dvb dream version

PPS. I see now, I have no installed TBSDTV-SDK, is it reason, for what it is? If it is important part of TBS is late to install now? Or it is not important?

Microsoft Net Framework 2.0 is enough for TBS6925 PCI card. You can use this card with confidence on Windows 7 64 bit!If you want to install Windows 7 it means that you have a good processor, graphic card, and memory enough. These are requirements.TBS6925 card works well on OS 7 64 bit.

I do not think drivers are to blame because you can not scan low sr under 1000 ks, but the card version. The latest version of TBS6925 card is based on version 3.0.There are actually two versions of the cards:1.TBS 6925 V1 with STB6100/STV0900AAB (version 2.0),2.TBS6925 V2 with STV0900AAC (cut 3.0).The manufacturer says that the difference between BS6925 V1 and V2 is the Bridge, but both supported in CrazyCat's software.
I have the first version, when I was betatester.
You need to know that BlindScan not find low sr auto, say 700 or 500 ks.I think must be entered manually in the player. If you want I can give older versions of drivers to do checks.I'm using 1.0.1.11 version.

The only way you can see if your card can scan the low sr is the check and error;that is to install different versions of drivers.I can offer several versions. My Os is Win 7 64 bit.

Hello again Digis@t!

About the low SR, I can't receive here the two frequencies you mentioned (12660 V 477 DVB-S QPSK and 12661 V 555), they are at Astra 3A which is not receivable with a 1.10 meter dish in my region. But I have succesfully received various radio stations with ultra low SR at 15.8°E. I'm not sure if all of them are still there after the switch to Eutelsat W3C, but there are at least 2 or 3 radio stations with 334Ks right now. They are Radio 538 TNZ at 11070,H,334, a second one at 11071,H,334 and 100NL at 11072,H,334. I recorded today a video scanning and tuning on two of them with DVBDream 1.7a (payable edition) and TBS6925. You may find this video here:

_http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DK3qtXp6oAI

Now, there are some special techniques to receive 12718,H,36510, it is not so straightforward. There are 4 transport streams in this frequency (a special case of the DVB-S2 standard, Multiple Transport Streams or MIS), and you need to lock on each one of them to receive the channels it carries. There are (at least) three different methods to do it with the TBS6925. The first one is described here:

_http://www.buydvb.net/blog/how-to-watch-free-mtv-hd-and-mtv-music-hd-channels-with-tbs6925.html

The second one involves CrazyScan, TSReader and VLC. After you perform a blind scan on 12718 (left clicking on its peak) with CrazyScan, you select the appropriate stream (33, 34, 35 or 36) and you stream to TSReader and then to VLC. To switch to another stream you close TSReader, stop streaming and select the stream you want. I recorded a second video with this procedure, you may find it here:

_http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUnr0PSZkqU

The third option is the easiest. You only have to use a recent version of ProgDVB. It supports MIS internally (and TBS6925), so you only have to do a blind scan with it to find all channels...

Still no signal also on your freq. from 16 E. What is your driver? Please I have right driver for Win 7 32 bit, maybe 1.0.1.7? I mean, somewhere write on this or tbs forum that 1.0.1.11 version is not capable for low SR bellow 1000.

My driver is 1.0.1.12 (Windows 7, 64bit), it was not officially distributed. I attached it in my post (both 32bit and 64bit versions), if you want to try it....

Yes, switching to the new version does not change the configuration of codecs in the player. It is important that you have registered this codecs in Windows. As you know the registration is made with DirectShow Filter Tool. It's good to tick in Options=>Video in player { below left} "Reset DS after channel-change" if the player crash.
It's good to know that QEM DVBDream version has limitations to some functions.

I have ticked "Reset DirectShow on buffer overflow". Is better have both options ticked or one of this options disabled? Thank you

@Digis@t,leave both ticked. The DS Reset must be tick because if is a conflict between codecs player not to crash. It's a safety measure.

This 1.0.1.12 driver is really the best, I mean, not know 1.7 or v1.8 is better or not..., but I got two stations on 16 E, 11071 H and 12679 H, SR 333. With DVB Dream 1.4i p1. Why not received other too closed feeds? (I`m afraid not upgrade to 1.7a payable edition because maybe suddenly loose this stations :) ). Else I have Inverto Black Ultra IDLB-TWNL40-ULTRA-OPP Twin 40mm LNB 0.2 and TBS 6925 connected to loop of the Opticum 7100C because Opticum 7100C I only believe in years experience to move my diseqc 1.2 rotor (momentary Strong 2100).
