My Location
38.5ºN, 0.5ºW
I don't think it should be to the expense of the UK licence payer.
The majority are UK license holders. Only a small percentage are full time "expats".

Ok 11954 has closed & all BBC services are on the uk beam. This thread is now closed as its not going to be turned into a discussion of the rights & wrongs of expat tv reception.
