Sorry Changi, but had only vaguely heard of them prior to your mention here and on listening to samples of their tracks, probably wouldn't agree with your suggestion about them being the best. If you haven't voted in the poll and you want them included for your vote then I will add them and merge this thread with the main one.

They have only had 1 track thats ever made an impact (Black Hole Sun - which is a pleasant enough track and gets played on Planet Rock a fair bit if you want to hear it Rolf)

It was Changi's post, it was in a separate thread, so I merged it with this one. :)

I might add that he hasn't voted for his choice either. :confused

Ah, right. And you kindly added it for him. Maybe he hasn't noticed yet?

This is the problem changi, people don't read the thread before they post or vote, see below a gif of the first post in the thread, I can move your vote if your wish.

Did they never even get on the list, I have just been blowing the cobwebs out of my ears with a live concert of Wishbone Ash I found on a C60 tape from about 1975 which just says their name. That felt good  yes my dear better than that too Humping

Interesting scores, would be nice if every member took the time and voted for their favourites, but a good response so far anyway. :)

I'm afraid that I had to click on the cannot decide button, even after several weeks of the poll and a lot of thought, I still can't decide, there are so many great ones, but all in different ways.

Must agree with mick32. I have great admiration for Queen and their music but in my book they aren't rock. Neither are Pink Floyd or the Beatles, both of whom I worship, come to that.

Hence my choice:

Led Zeppelin
