Are these feeds still alive? (not literally but do they pop up every now and again still) Would love to catch some US programming

First of all, the IDENT is 'DAD-5 Fiber TV-12' for MSNBC.

I'm not so sure DAD-4 Fiber TV-11 is NBC, it looks like feeds for NBC News
12585 H 3200 7/8 is MSNBC International without commercials in the breaks.

Just to say that afterwards I could not get 12589 H 3400 to scan in with the TBS5925 using EBSpro or DVB Dream but again then tried it with the TM 5402 mk3 receiver....no problem, 11.8 dB.............nature of the hobby I guess..fortunately.
