Looks like it was just a station keeping position @ 139°W a task that can be filled by any spare satellite,It should go to 139°W and renamed Eutelsat 139 West A.

5 West is a very important position to Eutelsat that will benefit in the short term by moving 7A to 5 west that has end of life of Q1 2021.
So that will give Eutelsat about 15 months to sort out the current problem.
