What channel list have you got in your Humax?

I'm using one from a year ago and it has the Sport channels in my menu.

The Laurals or HumaxZone site has a list that you can upload to your box with Formula.

thanks Llew, i uploaded the laurals file and i couldn't receive any channel whatsoever, i'm not an expert so i don't know what happened, i ended up setting unit to default and started all over again, i then opened up the laural file and noted the info for the premier sport channels and manually typed them in formula, heres what i found..

Premier Sport - (just tuned straight to the portal, no good)
Premier Sport 1 - (tuned itself to Sport 2 channel ?)
Premier Sport 2 - (tuned itself to Sport 1 channel ?)

cant find any listing for the Sport 3 channel anywhere?

the laurel file was from march so i suppose something could have changed, can someone please provide a direct link to a newer channel list file

at least i can now access 2 channels but these are transmitting in SD,
i thought these were HD channels? or are they changing quality depending on whats being aired?

Hi Box, I'll check around for any later list, but ones I know of have just the portal and the two Sport channels. Sport 3 doesn't seem to appear regularly, maybe that's why it isn't listed when it's compiled.

Why are you manually adding the channels to Formula just upload the list to the Humax.

The Sport channels are SD, not HD.

Llew, i did upload using formula, it said successful update but icouldn't get any reception for any channel on any sat!, it just kept saying bad signal, i couldn't even find any channels through the setup as well. thats why i ended up resetting to default.

It has Premiere Sport 3, also Taquilla 9, but No BBC HD,
and only 14 Satellites.

thanks again Llew, it's pretty much the same and again when i uploaded i get bad signal on all channels, what is this doing to my humax? and will i need to reset again?

i've just had an offer to buy the pr-hd 1000 for £130, since this is the official GP receiver with the built in slot i would be able to access all the channels through the portal and i would get the HD transmissions also.
btw, i do have the official gp card.

couple of questions, first of all is the above worth it? and can i have both the 1000 and 2000 linked to my sat at the same time?

thanks BF, i input sport 3 and it works like a charm.

when i uploaded the previous lists i did switch off from the back.
strange thing is, when i switched it back on it went to the bbc world channel for about 3 seconds then went into standby, i power up and go to bbc world and it says bad signal as well as every other channel? it must be messing up my sat alignment settings....aarrrrgggh!

btw, whats on Taquilla 9 and is this something i can view with my premiere card?

Thanks Bbigfoot, I'll bring my STB's list up to date.

Box, strange that, as the DiseqC settings in the other list are set to DiseqC 1.2, which I assume you use for your Humax. I use a fixed dish version, which is OK .

Taqu*lla is part of the D + bouquet, not Pr*miere.

@Llew..(Thanks)..11 August is the latest settings, but has room for improvement.
It has no Intelsat 10-02 at 1w next to Thor.
We need that with the Diablo cam from time to time the Diablo opens
Digtv, loads of prem football.

Boxy..I would not bother with the 1000, you have All but a few Sport portal channels and thats on the weekend.
What you could buy is a Diablo cam (£69) and a CAS3 Programmer (£69).
With the Diablo cam at the moment it
Auto updates Premiere..D+..Cabo..(19e..30w)..TPS (13e) No need
to enter Keys.

Boxy about your Bad Signal, first set the Startup channel to (OFF)
its in the menu under settings.
Now when you switch on your box it will start at the last channel you Viewed.
Now you are all ready in Diseqc you can tweek your dish in
Motor Setting.
Menu..Motor Settings..Motor Antenna Setting..(OK).
You"l now see that you can move your dish Left or Right.
Step is the best Setting, it will move your dish about 1" (25mm)
with each click. You have a Signal Quality bar at the bottem when you have the highest Signal press (OK) to (STORE CURRENT POSITION).
When thats done all the other Satellites will come online.

If your dish is next to Astra 1 (19.2e) pick an Astra channel, As you say you have No Signal, when you go into Motor Setting
The Signal Quality will be Flat lined (NO Blue Line) just keep on moving your dish till you get a Signal

Boxy, once you have done this if the Wind moves your dish you will Know how to move it back.

OK, thanks. Think I'll stay with my fixed dish settings and the Diablo - too much bother to change all the DiseqC settings - four ports.

My Humax HDCI2000 suddenly started to accept Formula NH1.01 downloads (In the past it could only accept HDF files via WDN4Oak) last night and was able to download Laurals L53 channel list which has all the Prem** channels that the humax wouldnt pick up on its own!

i was told by the supplier that it does work on the humax hdci2000, the interactive menu can be accessed by pressing the opt+ button?

Looking at this further..isn't the Humax HD PR 1000 the official receiver for premiere which has the same remote with the same opt+ button?

thanks BF, your file worked a treat when i uploaded.

i'm a little pi$$ed at humax, the opt+ is supposed to work on the hdci2000 as it is in one of the manuals, i have tried contacting them last week but all the engineers were at a conference and someone will email me........yeah....that's the sound of me not holding my breath.

how do you active and what do you get from the interactive menu? mine is HDCI2000

the manual says go to the portal channel and press the opt+ button, but it does not currently work with this model, i'm hoping there's gonna be a firmware update to fix this.

basically if you select the portal channel, you will see little screens scrolling across the bottom, usually there are 3 which are the channels that appear in BF's listt but there are lots more, the most i've seen is 10 on at the same time on the weekend, mostly Bundesliga.

Someone, somewhere must have a list of all the channels that are being broadcasted via premiere portal.

Hi, Can anyone help me please

I have downloaded from the Humax site the formula NH1.0l program and attempted to do a download from the STB to the PC but before anything is attempted the following message is displayed
Exception EcommError in Module NeoSerial Process.dll at 00045160

I have downloaded the software on 3 occasions and get the same result. I have Emailed Humax but not getting any reply

Sounds very much like a COM port problem.

Are you using the correct null modem cable on a working COM port?

Thanks for the reply as my pc dosnt have a com port i am using a null modem cable connected to a USB to serial lead. Perhaps im not getting the settings correct will try again and see what happens. I thought that there was something wrong with the .dll file let you know what happens
