I don't know? Either way, those frequencies are gone. The last message to (my part of) earth have been sent.

Every time when I check Flysat for instance, there´s lots of changes on 42E and 7.xW. What is wrong there (Turksat/Nilesat)? What might be reason to transmit few weeks and then change frequency again, weird..?

Many broadcasters in that part of the world, independents and state owned. The small ones will be vying for the best rates to appear on satellite and will often group together to get a better price. Additionally the amount of churn (and regulator bans for inappropriate content) means they come and go.

Laminas 1.2M fibre dish with an IBU, on a Clarke Tech USALS motor, covering 57E - 24.5W to an Octagon SX88. Displayed on a 20" Dyon LED TV.

Seperate 80 cm dish on 28E with a Humax Freesat for SWMBO.
Free Sat V8 meter. Sony Bravia 46" LCD, Sony BluRay and Home Cinema.

What, no Horizontals! Damm, no inappropriate content!

These were so difficult ones here in Finland, verticals rocks here only. So they can continue that ad "Even weird north European humourless dudes can see YOU, and still 99.99! Try verticals and YOU´ll get best what satellite-world can serve".
