Every time when I check Flysat for instance, there´s lots of changes on 42E and 7.xW. What is wrong there (Turksat/Nilesat)? What might be reason to transmit few weeks and then change frequency again, weird..?

Additionally the amount of churn (and regulator bans for inappropriate content) means they come and go.
