I didn't see any changes, it always had combo 2388 (7522 is the SR), so naturally if that combination was already embedded in the firmware, the STB found the channels. No PLS mode and code was blindscanned in reality...

I was surprised how weak your signal was on Yemen as you are much further south than me & presumably using a 120 cm dish,

I just watched the reception of Yemen TV in the North of Bavaria
7 dB, it's much better than Paris.
In Paris In at Paris the C band LNB really disturb the reception.

New toy has arrived. Setup easy. Good points, transponders can be deleted from a satellite in one go ready for a new blind scan.
I find blind scan fairly quick, certainly found quite a few Sky feeds on 16E no problem. Multistream on 39E no problem here in the UK on the CM1.8.
Bad points. The user LNB setting works to a point, it will let you enter say 17.350 for my Hughes,, blind scans OK with the user settings, saves the channels, but then you get a 'No Signal' on the found channels, and the saved transponders are only save as 4 digits!! so a bug methinks! When you add a new satellite the Diseqc 1.2 motor setting will not work, i.e you cannot move the dish! another bug perhaps??
Nice receiver for the price, channel change is very quick! lets hope they sort the bugs out fairly quickly. See picture of 39E multistream, this scanned in easily on a blind scan.

The 39 east Multi-stream has the same code as 45.1 east so will also clear.
