ITV on Astra 2B 28.2e ~ Tp36

On 2D 10.714H ITV central sw,anglia w and tts are ftv not fta.the rest on that transponder still fta. Anybody with non Sky box confirm this?

Works in Lanzarote no problem on my Darkbox (about half scrambled). My sky plus finds them and stores them but shows no signal. But I only have one feed to this box until tomorrow as moved house so until then cant confirm whats what.

Anyway Analoguesat is correct to be skeptical. I can´t see this lasting. But whilst it does - happy days. And its good for business, get the women hooked on the soaps again and when it goes sell more 3M dishes.

I have looked on the SES website and it does not explain which 2C TPs are on which beam. We therefore have no way of knowing if 11.052H is on the same beam as 10.964 H ("five").

If the Sly box can receive and store the channel then it's receivable on that beam. It's just not showing on Sly boxes

Well if it was a north beam I wouldn't expect it to work in Cyprus but it does.

Interesting that the same channels encrypted on 10714 are so on 11052.It seems an exact duplicate.
Are there any other ITV regions encrypted on 2D at the moment?

11052H does not produce audio or video on my Sky+ or any other sky boxes - no signal message
but on several of my other receivers i get
ITV2+1, Andglia S, TTN are FTA
Central s, Anglia W, TTS require a FTV card.

Make the most of it - these will not hang around long I guarantee it - some of them are fta!

You think we will lose this strong signal or just the fta part and they will become ftv ?

By hidden i mean if you put a FTA receiver on your dish it will probably work. The signal level is fine here and it probably is for you too as your sly box sees the channels, but for some reason it is not showing them.

If it's true that ITV have lost one 2D tp after new contract arrangements with SES Astra,then will have to move some regions to another beam to keep the same number of channels.
For what I'm concerned,they can choose to put whatever region they like,from the Shetlands to
the Channel Islands,as long as they put some.

It may be late U-zzz but wonder what would be difference between a sly box here which is working on 11052 and a sly box on the fringe where it finds and stores the Tp 11502 but shows no sat signal rec

A friend down the road from me in Fuerteventura has a 1.8 metre dish. On his Digibox he can add channels but not view them. He then connected his Technomate FTA box and had no problems viewing them.

I dont think the strong 2B / 2C signals will stay around very long - although if Im proved wrong and they do Ill be delighted.
